3. What happens if I cancel or don’t show up?
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance result in deposit forfeiture.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment.
4. Are hair services refundable?
No. All hair services are final sale once performed due to their customized and professional nature.
5. What if I’m not satisfied with my result?
If you have concerns, please contact us within 72 hours.
We may offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days, provided the request aligns with the original consultation plan.
6. Do you guarantee results?
Results may vary depending on:

- previous chemical treatments
- hair condition
- at-home care
We do not guarantee identical results to reference photos.
7. Do I need a consultation before my service?
Yes. Every service includes a professional consultation to determine realistic expectations, technique, timing, and pricing.

You must inform us of:

- scalp or skin conditions
- allergies or sensitivities
- medications affecting hair or skin
Failure to disclose may affect results and releases us from liability.
9. What happens if I arrive late?
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in:
- shortened service
- rescheduling
- cancellation without refund
10. Do you offer education, courses, or trainings?
Yes. We offer professional education, masterclasses, and trainings.
11. Are educational services refundable?
No. All education, courses, and trainings are final sale.
If an event is canceled by us, a credit or refund may be offered.
12. Can I record or share educational content?
No. Recording, copying, or distributing educational materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
13. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable and have no cash value.
14. Do you sell retail products?
