All hair services, including but not limited to:

- corrective work
are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
This policy applies because:
- services are customized and performed individually;
- professional time, products, and expertise are fully utilized;
- results depend on hair history, condition, and client maintenance.

- Adjustments & Corrections
If you are not satisfied with your result, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 72 hours of your appointment.
- Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.
- The request must align with the original consultation and agreed plan.
Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction if the service was delivered as agreed during consultation.

- Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits secure your appointment time, preparation, and professional availability.
- Deposits may be transferred one time only to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

- Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in deposit forfeiture.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

- Education, Courses & Trainings
All payments for:
- masterclasses
- trainings
- educational programs
- online or in-person courses
are non-refundable.
If the organizer cancels or reschedules the event, clients will be offered:
- a credit toward a future session or
- a full refund (at our discretion).

- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Promotional services or discounted packages are final sale.

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase.
