Refund Policy

At Hair Forward Beauty Room, we are committed to delivering premium-quality hair services, education, and results-driven experiences. Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency.

  1. Services (Hair, Color, Extensions, Styling)

All hair services, including but not limited to:

  • haircuts
  • coloring
  • hair extensions
  • styling
  • corrective work

are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

This policy applies because:

  • services are customized and performed individually;
  • professional time, products, and expertise are fully utilized;
  • results depend on hair history, condition, and client maintenance.

  1. Adjustments & Corrections

If you are not satisfied with your result, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 72 hours of your appointment.
  • Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.
  • The request must align with the original consultation and agreed plan.

Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction if the service was delivered as agreed during consultation.

  1. Deposits
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits secure your appointment time, preparation, and professional availability.
  • Deposits may be transferred one time only to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  1. Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in deposit forfeiture.
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

  1. Education, Courses & Trainings

All payments for:

  • masterclasses
  • trainings
  • educational programs
  • online or in-person courses

are non-refundable.

If the organizer cancels or reschedules the event, clients will be offered:

  • a credit toward a future session or
  • a full refund (at our discretion).

  1. Gift Cards & Promotions
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Promotional services or discounted packages are final sale.

  1. Product Sales (if applicable)

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase.

Opened or used products are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  1. Acceptance of Policy

By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, or purchasing any service or education from Hair Forward Beauty Room, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
